Located on the banks of the Yarra River, Seafarers involves the construction of an 18-storey building comprising of luxurious light-filled apartments, a hotel with five-star amenities, and a function centre building, alongside a basement and three levels of podium car parking.

Inspired by nature and place, construction embraces world leading sustainable design and architecture. Residential apartments will be hotel branded with owners benefiting from access to hotel amenities throughout the development.

The new development will consist of 277 Hotel Rooms, 124 Apartments, and 215 car spaces.
