The development will consist of 700 rental apartments across three towers, forming a vibrant multifamily (Build-to-Rent) community in Australia’s largest urban renewal precinct, Fisherman’s Bend.

The South Melbourne development is connected by a five level podium that will contain building service areas and carparking, apartments and retail tenancies.

Each of the three towers will be characterised as a mid-range rental community that offer a high level of amenity and services to cater for the residents.
